Useful base for discovering Mecca with pleasant staff from the bell boy to concierge to the receptionist.

The hotel was fabulous, but I stayed for 2 nights only. The bed was very comfy, the staff was supportive.

By and large, it was excellent home base for sightseeing in Mecca, had much fun and met especially helpful staff at reception desk. The breakfast was above average, had variety of options.

Very very helpful staff; fast check in. Standard quadruple room was luxurious and bright. Bed was spacious, we really enjoyed it. Welcoming customer service provided too. It was really tidy and low cost hotel, would recomand.

really good stay in the shopping area. the place was impeccably clean, i enjoyed its staff and facilities. restaurant in hotel was good and the pool area was clean. also, free wi-fi was provided throughout the property.

Prime location, terrific hotel, pleasant enough staff. They made my stay brilliant. My room was clean and huge. It had a roll in shower in the generous sized bathroom. They had an easy check-in too. There was a small restaurant, a supermarket and stores next door.

Perfect location and excellent prices. Simit Sarayi, located within 10 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. Lovely place for weekend in Mecca.
